Terms of service

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Purity Pristine Services LLC (“we”, “us”) and to the use of https://puritypristineservices.com. By booking a service you agree to them. A written quote may add or change specific terms for that job, and where it does, the quote applies.

Quotes and pricing

• Every job is quoted after a walkthrough or consultation. Quotes are free and valid for 30 days.
• A quote is for the scope it describes. Work outside that scope, or a property in materially different condition from the walkthrough, may be re-quoted before or on the day.
• Recurring services are billed at the agreed rate per visit. We will give at least 30 days notice of any rate change.

Scheduling, access and cancellations

• You agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot get in, or are turned away on arrival, a lockout fee of up to the full visit price may apply.
• Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the visit price. Same-day turnovers for short-term rentals may have different terms set out in the quote.
• We may reschedule in cases of severe weather, road closures, illness or other events outside our control, and will let you know as early as possible.

Your responsibilities

• Secure or tell us about valuables, fragile items and anything that should not be touched.
• Tell us about pets, alarm systems, hazards and any surfaces or materials that need special care.
• Ensure water and electricity are available at the property.

Concerns about a clean

If any part of a clean does not match the agreed checklist, let us know within 24 hours so it can be reviewed. Any remedy, including a return visit or a refund, is at our discretion.

Damage and liability

• Report any damage you believe was caused by us within 48 hours of the visit so we can investigate and resolve it.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or damage resulting from faulty fixtures, improperly secured items, or materials we were not told need special care.
• Our liability for any claim is limited to the price of the visit concerned, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Payment

• One-time services are due on completion unless the quote says otherwise. Recurring services are invoiced as agreed.
• Overdue invoices may be charged interest at the maximum rate allowed under Colorado law and service may be paused until the account is settled.

Ending a recurring service

Either side may end a recurring arrangement with 14 days written notice. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee for ending service with notice.

Non-solicitation

Our team members are the core of our business. You agree not to hire or directly engage any of our staff for cleaning work, other than through us, during the service and for 12 months afterwards.

If you provide a mobile number, you agree to receive text messages about your quotes and appointments. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See the privacy policy for details.
